We are looking for a disciplined and detail orientated junior project coordinator/manager or scrum master with experience of working wth development teams. We are not requiring any specific length of experience and are more interested in the candidate's technical understanding and administrative/coaching potential.

Your role will be to monitor all development tasks and ensure they progress as expediently as possible. You'll be working with QA to assure quality and product to ensure work is delivered that is of highest value but most of all you'll own and enforce our development workflow.



Our development methodology is agile kanban.



You’re someone who’s smart, organised, motivated to gets things done and importantly you're someone who can motivate others as well. You want to work in a startup environment, because you like the idea of doing a bit of everything and taking ownership of what you work on. You have ideas about everything, and you’re not afraid to argue your point (while respecting everyone else’s of course). You’re constantly thinking “how can we do this better?”.

You're a source of positivity and focus on delivery despite the complex challenges being faced.


Your attitude is most of your skill set. You also need to be very intelligent as you'll need to learn fast, good at balancing conflicting priorities and at task switching.
